UK Giveaway Terms

 

1. Introduction

By entering the PowerBlock giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  • Employees, agents, and affiliates of PowerBlock Inc, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Requirements

  • To enter the giveaway, you must complete all three actions in the Giveaway Period:
    • Follow our Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/powerblock_uk/.
    • Leave a comment with your favorite Kettlebell movement. 
    • Tag at least 2 friends in the PowerBlock_UK Giveaway Post. 
    • Like the PowerBlock_UK Giveaway Post.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

4. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway period begins at 3:00pm (BST). on Monday, July 27, 2026, and ends at 3:00pm (BST) on Sunday, August 2, 2026.
  • Entries received after the end of the giveaway period will not be considered.

5. Prize

  • Three winners will be randomly selected to receive a free 8-16 kg Adjustable Kettlebell as specified on the giveaway announcement.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
  • PowerBlock Inc, reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
  • The drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days after the end of the giveaway period.
  • The winner will be notified via social media.
  • If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification, a new winner will be selected.
  • The winner’s name may be published on our website and social media channels.

7. Privacy

  • By entering the giveaway, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway.
  • We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to administer the giveaway or as required by law.
  • PowerBlock's Privacy Policy provides additional information on how we protect your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • PowerBlock is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or omissions that may occur during the giveaway.
  • By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless PowerBlock from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of your participation in the giveaway or acceptance of any prize.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, United States and the State of Minnesota.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Minnesota.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • PowerBlock, Inc reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
