I have had my blocks for a little under a year now and I can say it’s an awesome investment. I went with the Pro Exp model because I liked the rubber coated over the non version. I use them 5-6 times a week in my home set up. Some say they are expensive but depending on what your local gym membership is, these will be paid off from a year’s time to two years tops. I absolutely love these and will be adding the bars to my arsenal soon.
I am thoroughly impressed with the dumbbells. I am a licensed physical therapist in Southern California and I use the dumbbells for personal use as well as clinical use. Overall, I feel like they are fantastic for their purpose. Even weighing out their pros and cons, I think they are worth recommending to my friends and patients. So far their durability and versatility have been winning me as well as my patients over from youth to geriatrics.
I have spent months searching the internet, watching YouTube videos, and asking around what the best value is for a small home gym for someone who just wants to workout the basics. I finally came to the conclusion to get the powerblocks. Paired with an adjustable bench and some floor mats, you can do EVERYTHING you ever need for someone just trying to stay in shape. They are built like tanks, easy to use, and have options to expand the weight. A must have for any home gym set up.
PowerBlock offers all the products and accessories needed to complete the perfect home gym. Enjoy traditional strength training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and more with the same dumbbell used by professional athletes.
