Not everyone needs the maximum weight right away, that’s why we offer sets that will grow with you over time. The Pro EXP is the premium example our Stage 1 50 lbs. dumbbells, the Pro EXP Stage 2 kit takes it to 70lbs. and the Pro EXP Stage 3 kit maxes it out at 90lbs.
