This kit is only compatible with the Pro 100 EXP Stage 1 (2.3–18.1 kg) dumbbells. If your dumbbells say Pro 100 EXP and currently max out at 18.1 kg, this kit fits.

- Everything needed to expand your existing Stage 1 set to 27.2 kg per hand
This expansion kit adds additional weight plates that slide into your existing dumbbell handle and frame.
Once installed, your dumbbells function exactly the same just with a higher weight range.
- Weight plates will come nested - separate the 2 sets of plates
- Insert the new plates into the open slots, ensure the color rails are on top when installing.
- Use the selector pin to choose your weight
