Sport EXP expansion kits are NOT compatible with Elite EXP, Sport 5.5, Sport 9.0, Sport 24, and Sport 50. Check all compatibility here. If you are unsure of compatibility, please contact customer service.

This expansion kit adds additional weight plates that slide into your existing dumbbell handle and frame.

Once installed, your dumbbells function exactly the same just with a higher weight range.

  • Weight plates will come nested - separate the 2 sets of plates 
  • Insert the new plates into the open slots, ensure the color rails are on top when installing.   
  • Use the selector pin to choose your weight
  • Lift and go, no tools or extra steps required
