Is the Elite USA 90 Stage 3 Kit compatible with the Elite EXP 90?

No. The Elite USA 90 and Elite EXP 90 are separate models and there expansion kits are not cross compatible.

Is the Elite USA 90 Stage 1 and Elite USA Stage 2 required in order to use the Elite USA Stage 3 kit?

Yes. The Elite USA 90 Stage 1 dumbbell set and Elite USA Stage 2 Kit are required in order to use the Stage 3 kit.

Are expansion kits sold in pairs?

Yes. When an expansion kit is purchased, there are enough weight plates included to expand both dumbbells.
