- This kit includes Stage 2 only, allowing you to add a significant amount of resistance to your existing Elite USA set.
Compatibility:
- The Stage 2 Expansion Kit is designed exclusively for use with the Elite USA adjustable dumbbells.
- The Stage 2 kit works in conjunction with the Elite USA Stage 1 dumbbell set (sold separately).
- You can only use Stage 3 after completing Stage 2, to reach a maximum of 90 lbs per dumbbell.
