Because the set expands in stages, you can keep adding weight as you progress with no need to ever replace your dumbbells.

Can I purchase the Pro EXP Stage 1 Adjustable Dumbbell?

No. The Pro EXP Stage 1 Adjustable Dumbbell has been discontinued since 2024.

Are the Pro EXP Stage 1 or U90 Stage 1 and the Pro EXP Stage 2 required in order to use the Pro EXP Stage 3?

Yes. The Pro EXP Stage 1 or the U90 Stage 1 and the Pro EXP Stage 2 are required in order for the Pro EXP Stage 3 to work.
