  • Numbered side rails showing 60 and 70 lb for quick weight identification
  • Everything needed to expand your existing PowerBlock EXP set to 31.8 kg per hand

This expansion kit adds additional weight plates that slide into your existing dumbbell handle and frame.

Once installed, your dumbbells function exactly the same just with a higher weight range.

  • Weight plates will come nested - separate the 2 sets of plates 
  • Insert the new plates into the open slots, ensure the color rails are on top when installing.   
  • Use the selector pin to choose your weight
  • Lift and go, no tools or extra steps required

Adds 9 kg per dumbbell with two 4.5 kg add‑on weights per side, expanding your training range and giving you room to progress without buying a new dumbbell system or taking up additional space.

With an expanded weight range of 2.3-31.8 kg per hand, this set replaces up to 22 pairs of dumbbells and can be expanded to 40.8 kg per hand with Stage 3.
