PowerBlock’s Commitment to Trustworthy Reviews

Fake or misleading reviews are strictly prohibited on powerblock.com. All reviews must be genuine and based on the reviewer's experience with the product. We do not edit, suppress, or remove reviews because they are negative.  We never use threats to discourage or remove genuine criticism. All published reviews, whether they are positive, negative, verified, unverified, incentivized, or organic, all count equally toward the displayed star rating.

How Our Reviews Are Collected and Verified

Our reviews are collected and verified independently by REVIEWS.IO, whose review platform handles purchase verification, fraud detection, and authenticity checks.

Reviews matched to an order display a "Verified Customer" badge; all others are automatically labeled "Unverified." This labeling is applied consistently regardless of star rating. Reviews are collected after an order is placed via independent invitation. Every published review corresponds to a verified order.

Review Incentives

We do not offer prize draws, payments, or gifts in exchange for reviews. Where we offer a small fixed thank you with a modest discount, it is identical for positive and negative reviews, never conditioned on a favorable rating, and the review permanently displays a clear "Incentivized Review" badge. Reviews collected under past incentive programs retain their incentivization labels.

Insider Reviews

Employees, officers, material stakeholders, and their immediate family members may not create reviews on our products. 

Review Moderation

Reviews are moderated under reviews.io's guidelines and are removed only after a manual review confirms unlawful content, personal information, spam or bot-generated content, a fake or misleading review, or an undisclosed incentive or insider connection.

Reviews about delivery, shipping, or customer service are not deleted.
