What’s the benefit of the Pro EXP Stage 3 Expansion Kit?

Stage 3 takes your Pro EXP dumbbells from 70 lbs up to 90 lbs per hand, unlocking heavier weight as your strength builds. It's a strong choice if you've maxed out the 70 lb range and want more out of compound lifts like presses, rows, squats, and lunges. Because the set expands in stages, you can keep adding weight as you progress with no need to ever replace your dumbbells.
