What is the difference between the Elite USA and the Pro 100 EXP?

The USA Elite is a steel on steel, welded set, with a maximum weight of 90 pounds per hand. The Pro 100 EXP has a urethane coating over steel end plates with a full weight at 100 pounds per hand.

What is the difference between the Elite USA 90 and the Elite EXP 90 found through retailers?

The Elite USA 90 is made in Owatonna, MN while the Elite EXP 90 is made in the Republic of China. Due to differences in manufacturing, their expansion kits, parts, and accessories are not compatible.

Are the Elite USA 90 and the Elite EXP 90 found through retailers compatible?

No, they are not compatible. They are their own individual sets and have their own expansion kits, parts, accessories, pins and micro weights.

Can the Elite USA 90 expand past 90 pounds per hand?

No. The Elite USA 90 is not able to expand past 90 pounds per hand. If you are looking for something heavier try the Pro 100 EXP which expands to 100 pounds.

Are there accessories for the Elite USA 90 that I can add later?

Yes! Accessories such as Kettlebell handles, Barbells and grips can be found here and added at anytime.

Are the expansion kits for the Elite EXP 90 compatible with the Elite USA 90?

No. The Elite EXP 90 expansion kits are not compatible with the Elite USA 90.

Are TPR handles available for this set?

No. We no longer offer TPR handles for the Elite USA 90.

Do micro weights come with this set?

Yes. The 2.5 lb micro weights are located in each handle. They come with the purchase and do not need to be purchased separately.

Where is the Elite USA 90 manufactured?

The Elite USA steel weight plates are manufactured in Owatonna Minnesota, using U.S. sourced steel. Other components in the Elite USA products, such as handles, selector pins, and accessories are manufactured internationally.
