PowerBlock Inc. collects sales tax in the U.S. based on the shipping destination, as required by law. Tax-exempt organizations can place tax-free orders by providing valid proof of exemption. All requests are evaluated in compliance with state and local tax regulations. Review the following information below carefully. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be rejected.

Steps to making your purchase at powerblock.com tax exempt

    1. Submit Your Tax-Exempt Certificate
      1. Prepare your valid tax-exemption certificate or tax-exemption card as a PDF file for uploading.
      2. Upload a valid tax-exempt certificate for the destination state and complete the form below.
      1. Validation Process
        1. Our team will review your certificate and update your account with tax-exempt status within 2 business days.
      2. Confirmation Email
        1. You will receive an email with instructions on how to log in once your website account has been created.
      3. Log In to Your Account
        1. After your account is created and activated, log in with the code that has been emailed to you. 
      4. Place Your Order
        1. Once logged into your account. Proceed with your order, where sales tax will not be applied.

      What if I am tax-exempt and already placed an order where sales tax was collected?

      • We cannot refund or deduct sales tax from an order after it has been placed.
      • PowerBlock must have an exemption certificate on file before the order is placed. Only then can we update your account status to tax-exempt.

      You are responsible for ensuring you qualify for a tax-exempt or reseller account and that your order meets the requirements. Misuse could potentially lead to audits, fines, or penalties. PowerBlock cannot provide you with tax advice. Consult a tax professional if needed.
