Now you have one weight stack and two different pieces of equipment. Rotate the handle 90 degrees, and get more range of motion. The perfect attachment for kettlebell swings, cleans, rows, and lunges. While the Pro 100 Kettlebell Handle does not house the chrome adder weights, it still replaces 10 traditional kettlebells.
Quick Transitions. Switch from kettlebell and dumbbell workouts in seconds by swapping the handles. When switching between a workout and weights, the magnetic selector pin makes the switch quick and easy. A traditional 40 lb kettlebell has a handle around 38 mm in diameter. This can be too large for some lifters. The PowerBlock Pro 100 Kettlebell Handle, at any selected weight, has a grip diameter of 25 mm. The slim handle gives a better grip during intense exercise movements.
