Keep the weight stack in the direction of your movement by rotating the kettlebell handle 90 degrees. This is great for kettlebell swings where the dumbbell goes under your legs.

You’ll be able to easily scale up to 100 pounds or down to 10 pounds in weight to challenge yourself with different workouts.
