Sport EXP Dumbbell. The PowerBlock Sport EXP Adjustable Dumbbell is expandable from 5 to 90 lbs. The Stage 1 adjustable dumbbell has adjustable weight from 5-50 lbs. Stage 2 takes you from 50-70 lbs and Stage 3 from 70-90 lbs. This replaces 16 pairs of traditional dumbbells. Durable steel weight plates are nested together and held by a pin. Change weights quickly with PowerBlock's magnetic selector pin. The handle houses 2 adder chrome adder weights. These weigh 2.5 lbs each and allow for micro-weight changes. The handle has a contoured rubber grip. Other adjustable dumbbells need to be housed on a weight stand. PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells can be stored wherever independently from a stand because of their unique nested weight design.

PowerMax Stand. The PowerMax stand is made to support PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells weighing up to 90 lbs. Made from durable steel and finished with a powder coating, the PowerMax Stand has the durability to weather hard use. The open/split design allows you to move into the stand and comfortably remove/return your weights to the stand. The center bar has 4 slots for storing your dumbbell adder weights. A slim design helps with storing your stand.

STAND ASSEMBLY

PowerMax Stand requires assembly, with 5 steps for the total assembly of the stand. Instructions included, listed below are the required tools for assembly:

• 17 mm Wrench
• 6 mm Hex Allen Wrench
