Knurled Grip Pro 100 EXP. This adjustable dumbbell has a weight range of 5-100 lbs (with all included expansion kits). The full stack replaces 30 pairs of traditional dumbbells. Comes with a knurled steel grip handle. The weight plates are coated in a black urethane material that quiets the plates when moving them around. They are also not prone to rusting in this area. Like all PowerBlock Adjustable Dumbbells, the Pro 100 EXP uses a magnetic selector pin to lock your weights. Slide the magnetic pin into the color-coded weight plates and get into your workout. The Pro 100 EXP can be used as an adjustable barbell or kettlebell with additional accessories.
Pro 100 Barbells. Choose between the two Pro 100 Barbells, the EZ Curl and Straight Bar. The Pro 100 EZ Curl Bar is a great tool for targeting different arm muscle groups. Add new curl and press variations to your workouts. The Pro 100 Straight Bar is a great way to work in different squats and deadlifts into your workouts. Both bars have a knurled steel grip on the handle, and both are compatible only with the Pro 100 included in this bundle.
Home Rack Stand. Supports dumbbells up to 100 lbs, and stores 4 chrome adder weights. A sturdy construction of steel and a black powder coat finish helps resist scratches and scuffs. This sturdy rack stands 29" tall, making it easy to rack/un-rack your dumbbells comfortably. The home rack stand can be used with any PowerBlock Adjustable dumbbells weighing up to 100 lbs.
