With 3 lb weight increments, this is the smallest weight change available with PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells. With three different color choices, the Sport 24 provides more space and style for less. The Sport 24 uses a powder coat finish and a contoured TPR grip. All PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells use a magnetic selector pin to change weight, compared to other methods that use internal mechanisms. Others may require a static base stand to store/house the weight plates. With PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells, lock in the whole weight stack with the magnetic selector pin and you can move the entire set—no moving or storing an extra base stand. 

Workout, Rehab, Improve. With the smallest weight increments of any PowerBlock adjustable dumbbell, control the weight more easily and maximize your results. Different goals require different weights and equipment. The 3 lb weight change provided by the Sport 24 is a great tool for low-weight, high-rep workouts, or rehab/physical therapy. About Us. The original PowerBlock concept came from traditional dumbbells creating clutter in gyms. After the initial project failed, the final design of a nested weight stack with a U-shaped pin came some years later. In 1993, the first PowerBlock shop was opened in Owatonna, Minnesota. Our team’s passion for fitness and improving our product has never changed. We still draw inspiration from professionals, athletes, engineers, and the people who use our adjustable dumbbells daily.
